Understand people and sites
AmalynCare keeps different kinds of people in distinct records so each can carry the information relevant to their role.
Students and guardians
Section titled “Students and guardians”A student record represents a child. Guardian records represent the adults connected to students. Enrollment connects a student to a program at a site.
Student and guardian visibility can depend on the sites you are permitted to work with. If you cannot find a family, check your access with an administrator.
Staff records describe the people working with your organization. Staff directory access applies across the account; a site assignment has a separate operational purpose.
A site represents a program location. Check that you are working with the intended site before editing site-specific setup or enrollment information.
