A family’s first contact and a student’s enrollment represent different stages in the admissions process.
Inquiries and leads
Section titled “Inquiries and leads”An inquiry is an early conversation about joining a program. It is a place to capture interest and follow up before enrollment details are agreed.
Applications
Section titled “Applications”An application gathers the information used to consider a student for a program. Submitting an application does not by itself confirm a place.
Enrollments
Section titled “Enrollments”An enrollment records a student’s relationship to the program at a site. The site, schedule, dates, and applicable agreements are important parts of that record.
Where to get help
Section titled “Where to get help”Your program decides how it accepts and reviews applications. Families should contact the program for application status or enrollment decisions.
